We went to the pumpkin patch again! Actually we've gone two more times...with Avery's Joy School group and also with his preschool class. Avery loves going and so it's been fun for us to go several times. I forgot to take my camera along for the preschool field trip. But here are some photos of our little Joy School group. Avery and I both love Joy School. Joy School is a little co-op preschool that we do every Friday morning with 3 other families from our church congregation . The moms rotate turns being the teacher. We get our curriculum off the internet at Richard and Linda Eyre's Joy School website. The past two months we have been learning about "The Joy of the Body". ( Hence the name "Joy School"). The children have learned all about how wonderful our bodies are...all the things our bodies can do, how to take care of our bodies, and how our bodies grow and change.
We feel so blessed to have such good families to do our Joy School with. Avery loves the other children: Gracie, CJ, Kaitlyn, and Sydney. And I love chatting and socializing with the other moms. We have all become good friends. We often go for picnic lunches together after Joy School. It's a fun group and Avery and I love it!
(Yes, the sign says "Do Not Climb". But nearly every mom at the pumpkin patch learns it's almost impossible to keep kids off these mini haystacks. But we did manage to keep the kids on the bottom step only.)
