- Clark, Jolie and Avery
- Clark and I were married in July of 2006 in the Mount Timpanogos Utah Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We live in California. Clark is an attorney. He was raised in Omaha, Nebraska and has three sisters. I am a former elementary teacher and taught first, second, and third grades in Salt Lake City for many years. I grew up in Sandy, Utah and am the oldest of six children. After waiting a lifetime to find each other and marry, Clark and I learned that starting a family would not come easily for us. Through the blessing of adoption we welcomed our son, Avery, into our family. Our blessing basket is indeed full!

It is funny how similar we are. Ava is taking swim lessons right now with her daddy. They did a two week session last year and this year we decided to sign-up for four weeks. She loves it too and can't wait for daddy to come home each night.
I'm jealous of your peaches. We have a peach tree too, but it didn't do well this year and we have one small peach. Our apricot tree is loaded, but they aren't ripe yet. We look forward to eating them soon. Enjoy your harvest!
I really can't believe that Avery is old enough for swimming lessons. Amazing how fast he's grown.
